Reboot corporate recruiting campaign. On a budget.
McGladrey wanted to refresh their recruitment campaign message and visuals with the in-house team. I art directed the effort, contributing copy writing as well as visual design for all print and web components for the firm wide campaign. We took photos of actual employees across the firm to showcase McGladrey’s best asset: it’s people. Their diversity and personality are evident and reinforce the message of the campaign in print, video and across social media.
